You are supposed to finalise the number of hours, nature of activity, name of organisation, date of activity with the relevant teachers-in-charge or the CIC leaders.

1. SLV
Name of organisation: Bethesda Care and Counselling Service Centre
Hours chalked up: 5 hours
Date of activity: 23rd February

2. CCA-based activities
eg. singing at a centre for the elderly, teaching disadvantaged children arts and craft
Service hours need to be standardised. Check with your CCA teacher for the final hours to be allocated.

3. CIC initiated/organised activities

4. CIP with external organisations
You need to present a letter from the Oranisation stating the nature of service, level of participation, date of service and hours of service completed. CTs need to keep these letters.

5. Service to college
eg. cleaning, gardening, maintaining of equipment, ushering and service performed by service-oriented CCAs.

6. Overseas Service-learning projects
OCIP and YEP are capped at 10 hours of service per day

You can only print out the data when all the teachers have electronically signed and verified your entries.
